This includes, but is not limited to: (name, date of birth, phone number, email address, postal address, client’s profile picture on the application or website, location, payment method, purchased services, payment information, credit card details, and any other information provided by the client to the application, its administration, or customer service).
The application does not collect, store, or process any information from clients under the age of 21, as the application and its services are only available to clients over 21 years old.
Information We Collect Through Your Use of the Application Services
When you use the application, we collect the following information:
Personal contact details: Information that can be used to contact you directly, such as (full name, postal address, phone number, credit/debit card details, or email address "Personal Information").
Demographic data and information: Any information you provide or we collect that is not personal information. This includes (postal code, country of origin, gender, username, system data such as the type of mobile device you use, mobile phone number used by the device, mobile network information, mobile operating system, type of mobile browser used, time zone settings, device location, IP address, SMS data, transaction information, age/date of birth, browsing history, search history, and registration log information).

- While we take all reasonable steps to safeguard your data, we cannot guarantee 100% security for data transmitted online.
- You assume all risks associated with sending personal data over the internet.
- (Home Service) is not responsible for any claim, liability, or compensation arising from unauthorized access to data shared through the app.
- Service providers must maintain the confidentiality of customer data and service-related details and may not disclose them without the customer's written consent.
- Customers agree to release (Home Service) from liability in case of any data disclosure by a service provider.
- We are not responsible for the privacy policies or security of external websites or apps accessible through our platform. You should review their policies before sharing your data.

First: Customer's Terms of Use for the Application
Introduction
The Home Service application is an innovative and practical solution to meet your various home service needs.
Home Service is an electronic platform that connects "customers" with "service providers" to deliver home services at the location chosen by the customer. The app allows customers to browse available services, select the appropriate service provider based on customer ratings, availability, and cost.By accessing, registering, navigating, or using the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions and the privacy policy without reservation.
All legal implications of these terms are legally binding from the date of using the application.
These terms constitute a legally binding and non-transferable contract, applicable to all application users. The contract includes all obligations and provisions for users, which are binding upon them. No person may waive or terminate the effects of this legal contract.It is advisable to regularly review this page for any updates or modifications to the terms. Any new terms will become effective immediately upon publication in the application, whether you read them or ignored them during the registration process.
Service Provision
Once the appropriate service provider is selected, the customer can schedule a service appointment and communicate directly with the provider via the application, or the app may assign the service provider based on the customer's geographical location.
The customer can rate the service provider based on their performance to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.To perform services, some basic information may need to be shared between the customer and the service provider. The application will share some of your information with the selected provider, such as your location, phone number, and service details, including:
- Customer’s Location: Enables the service provider to reach the designated service location.
- Phone Number: Allows communication between the customer and provider regarding service details and scheduling.
- Service Details: Specifies the nature of the required service and any special requirements necessary to complete the task correctly.
We commit to not sharing personal information with third parties without the customer’s consent.Customers must agree with the service provider on the required work before starting. If additional work is needed after starting, the cost must be agreed upon in advance.If a service provider is interrupted while performing the service for any reason, the customer is responsible for the costs of the completed work and any spare parts provided, without liability on the application.If a service request is canceled for any reason but the customer later utilizes the service, they must contact the application within 24 hours to change the request status.
If no communication occurs within this period, we bear no responsibility for transactions between the "customer" and "service provider," and the customer cannot claim a guarantee or support after canceling the request.The application’s responsibility is limited to providing a platform for communication between the customer and the service provider and facilitating service execution.
In case of disputes between both parties, the application holds no responsibility. Customers and service providers must resolve disputes directly. If they cannot reach a resolution, they should seek official legal authorities, and the application bears no liability for any disputes.
Neither party has the right to make claims or hold the application accountable in any way.
Service Fees
- The application determines the cost of services provided through it.
- Customers must agree on the total cost with the application before work begins.
- Customers can use the application’s services without concern for unexpected additional charges.
- The service invoice includes the total amount due, including applicable taxes.
- The total amount is calculated by summing the service costs, including spare parts (if applicable) and Value Added Tax (VAT) per applicable regulations.
- Customers must pay the invoice issued through the application after completing the agreed-upon work. Payment should be made directly to the application through the available payment methods.
- Customers must ensure that the invoice amount matches the agreed-upon service value.
- Failure to fully pay the invoice may result in account suspension or deletion from the application and may lead to legal action, including court claims.
Complaint Procedure
If a customer submits a complaint, the following procedures will be followed to ensure effective resolution:
- Contact Customer Support: Customers must contact the application’s customer service via phone, email, or live chat, providing complaint details, request number, and relevant personal or service provider information (if applicable).
- Provide Detailed Information: Customers should describe the issue comprehensively, including dates, times, and any supporting documents such as images.
- Await Response: After submitting a complaint, customers must wait for a response from the support team, who may request further details if needed.
- Investigation: The application will investigate the complaint, coordinate with the relevant service provider, and determine the cause of the issue.
- Resolution: Based on the findings, appropriate steps will be taken to resolve the issue.
For complaints within the warranty period, the following applies:
- The service provider is responsible for resolving the issue.
- Customers cannot request another provider through the application or any other communication channels to fix the issue.
- If the customer requests a different service provider, they will bear the full cost without liability on the application, and the new request will be considered a new service request.
- If the original service provider fails to resolve the issue, the application will assign a different provider at its own responsibility to determine an appropriate solution.
- The customer will bear any costs related to additional work required to resolve the issue.
Service Suspension
The application reserves the right to suspend, delete, or block any account and refuse service in the following cases:
- Fraudulent Activities: Any attempt to manipulate or cheat operations through the application.
- Harming Other Users: Any attempt to harm other users, whether customers or service providers.
The application has the right to refuse service without providing reasons or additional details to the customer.
Copyrights
- Eram Investment Group owns all content in the Home Service application.
- It is strictly prohibited to copy, redistribute, or use any of the materials in any form except as permitted by law in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Gulf countries.

Approval or rejection of a cancellation request depends on the request status and its processing stage at the time of the cancellation request.
